With Rock Solid, there is full price transparency for the care you receive. You pay what is listed on the scheduling site; there are no hidden surprises or nickel-and-dime tactics that insurance-based services may use. Rock Solid puts you in the driver seat of your healthcare and uses your hard-earned dollar simply to deliver the highest quality of care you can receive.
Actually, you will likely save money in the end as Rock Solid's treatment philosophy varies significantly from big box therapy services. Most larger corporations will often schedule you for 2-3 sessions per week for at least 4-6 weeks at a time. Even with a relatively low co-pay of $20, you would end up paying hundreds of dollars AND with the following stipulations: 1) insurance dictates what services you can and can't receive, and 2) if you haven't met your deductible, that insurance-based corporation will likely upcharge you significantly for each visit. You could easily spend thousands in just a few visits! Rock Solid generally believes in promoting independent management with treatment, so you likely may only need 1 appointment every 2-3 weeks. This saves your hard-earned money and provides you with the tools you need to continue managing your condition on your own.
After your physical therapy session with Rock Solid, you can be provided with a Superbill which acts as receipt submitted to your insurance company. Your insurance carrier may then reimburse you based on the rates of your out-of-network benefits. Please verify these rates with your insurance company prior to your appointment at Rock Solid if you would like to pursue reimbursement afterwards.
No, Rock Solid is an out-of-network and non-participating Medicare and Medicaid provider. We are legally unable to accept cash payment for services covered by Medicare and Medicaid. However, our performance services and services which Medicare and Medicaid does not cover (such as soft tissue massage and dry needling) can be paid for with cash.
This will of course vary between individual clients, but Dr. Zehnder believes in promoting self-efficacy and self-management as the staple of his treatment style. He is a large proponent of empowering the client to understand what their condition is and what they can do to take care of themselves in the future, while providing skilled care to reach the point of independent self-management. A very rough estimate for many conditions would be approximately 1-3 visits per client, per diagnosis, but Rock Solid offers many variable service types depending on the client's preference for visit and treatment type and frequency.
